Sometimes, it’s necessary to dress for a conservative occasion/meeting/function, but that doesn’t mean that you cannot add a boost of color! Purple or magenta tights would also be really cute and loosen up the feel of this outfit, with a more modern flavor. Wearing black or gray tights keep the outfit super traditional.
