Everybody’s waitin’ for somethin’! A much deserved job/promotion/raise (with this economy, EVERYONE is waitin’ on THOSE!), an answer to a life long prayer, healing, revival, patience… Seems the list could be endless. Some things will be realized as we wait, some things will not and the waiting will have changed something about us. Because of our faith, we know that our situation is being worked out in awesome ways we cannot EVEN dream of. Being peaceful and joyful while waiting, can be a challenge, for sure, but it CAN be done!

Hi Ana! Thanks for your comment and question! AND for reading Outfit31.com, of course!!! This outfit was collected over several seasons then combined, not purchased all at one time. If you watch this website any length of time, you’ll see lots of individual items restyled and used over and over again; like the jean jacket and satchel in this post. Personally, I buy the majority of my clothing on clearance, that has an additional percentage off, secret sales, dividends or sales with store coupons. So, that being said, the total for this outfit was not a lot. If an item is on clearance/sale without the additional percentage or coupon–I have to like it a lot to buy it! I’m all about bargain shopping and getting the biggest bang for my buck! I also shop the occasional outlet mall, discount store, (Ross, T.J. Maxx and Marshall’s) and the Goodwill/thrift/consignment shops. Plus, I don’t purchase many trendy pieces that would date themselves and could not be used year after year. That’s why I luv leopard so much-trendy yet classic! I keep my eyes open especially for classics! Plus, EVERYTHING I buy has got to play nicely with five other wardrobe pieces that I already own! Bargains are EVERYWHERE, you just need to really look for them and be willing to wait, instead of buying things that don’t fit or are “almost” exactly what you need! Is your shopping style similar?
I wish I had this jacket, cause I’ve got everyhting else! {LOL} I do have the denim vest from Talbot’s that I found on clearance, so I guess I could go that route instead of the jacket…
