Don’t know about you and where you live, but it’s hot, hot, hot already in the DC Metro area!!! AND it’s only getting hotter and more humid as summer goes on. People wearing pastels with crisp white always have the impression of someone who’s floating above the sticky humidity. Pared with the pastels are vibrant accessories to add zing.
